		<description>If you look at the &quot;AR System Email Messages&quot; form you&#039;ll find a field titled &quot;Date Received&quot;.  You&#039;ll want to test that but I am pretty sure that date field is the one from the email server when the email was received from the sender.

That should do the trick - just map that into the processing form and use that for your data values.</description>

		<description>Hi.  This information is extremely valuable..  quick question -- are we able to set the &quot;Reported Date&quot; of the Incident, using the Date / Time Sent from the Email?  Just wondering if Email Date / Time sent is a referenceable field, like $Subject$.
