I am 35, married, with one two-year old daughter. I currently resides in Stevens Point WI and work around the country as needed.
Corporate
I am a co-owner and officer in StrataCom Inc, a specialized consulting company. StrataCom specializes primarily in the implementation and delivery of HP Service Management Center product line. These tools are used to fulfill the complex needs of large corporate IT Service Management organizations. In addition StrataCom consultants are available for a wide variety of consulting assignments.
Personal Skillsets
I personally work primarily with the BMC Remedy line of IT Service Management products in several capacities. I have worked with many multi-national, Federal, and other large organizations in most aspects of IT Servicde Management using the BMC Remedy toolkit. Primary job duties have include:
- Management Consulting – Determining project needs, scope, and establishing budgeting
- Systems Architecture
- Technical analysis and design
- Implementation, testing, and fulfillment
The primary benefit I bring to large organizations is an objective viewpoint for analyzing processes and looking for ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and cut customer service time and therefore cost. A couple examples of this include:
- Automating labor-intensive administrative processes for a major insurance company; reducing labor-hours by nearly 8000/year (major insurance company, Iowa)
- Automating manual data re-entry processes and ticket creation; reduing labor-hours by over 10,000/year (US Federal Government)
